Agile methodology is quickly becoming a mainstream methodology across industries for the development of products. However, existing methodologies (e.g., Iterative, Waterfall) are not going away. In fact, in a recent survey conducted by Forester, 35% of respondents reported using Agile, while 34% used non-Agile methodologies - still 31% claimed to use no methodology at all. Yet, how can such fundamentally different methodologies co-exist?
In this full-day interactive workshop, we will take a deep dive into the foundations of Agile methodology to transparently show what sets Agile apart from other methodologies. More, we will share best practices for, and common pitfalls that occur when, companies newly adopt Agile. With fundamentally different methodologies employed within a company, we will explore the benefits, and dangers, of "hybrid" approaches. Whatever the industry, company size, or organizational structure, it is a certainty that Agile changes the face of our company's culture. Are we prepared for this change?

The latter option may be exercised within one calendar year of the original course.
If you register and pay for a course and then withdraw a one week or more before the start date of the course, a full refund of the course fee less an administrative fee of $50 will be made.
If cancellation occurs less than one week before the start date of the course, no refund of the course fee will be made; however, at the discretion of the Director of Executive Education Programs, the course fee may be applied to a subsequent offering of the same or similar course with a course fee that is at least equal to the cost of the original course. If the course fee of a subsequent course exceeds the amount paid for the original course, the difference in the course fee amounts must be paid in full prior to the start of the subsequent course. An approved substitution must occur within one calendar year of the original course.
