Southern Illinois University Edwardsville alumnus Paul Millard has been promoted to chief credit officer at TheBANK of Edwardsville. Millard earned a bachelor’s in business administration with a focus in finance from the SIUE School of Business in 1993.

David Kniepkamp, SmartControls, LLC, president of Southwest Illinois Trade and Investment Council Board of Directors.The newly established Southwest Illinois Trade and Investment Council has announced its first board of directors.

The regional trade and investment council was formed in September 2015.
