Kevin Hawkins

Kevin Hawkins is the Manager of Enterprise Research and Analytics at FedEx and has over 10 years of marketing research experience, both on the vendor and client side of the desk. Kevin joined the FedEx research team five years ago and has played a key role in implementing a new marketing research vision across the FedEx Enterprise of Operating Companies and Global Regions. Kevin pairs strategic focus with action planning to enhance the customer research systems at FedEx and delivered the first customer loyalty index to the company. Kevin's group also manages a host of brand equity measurement efforts across the spectrum of operating companies, along with various tracking studies and data feeds measuring everything from advertising effectiveness to transactional satisfaction with the many customer touch points. Prior to joining FedEx, Kevin spent several years working on the consulting and supplier side of marketing research with well known firms such as Ipsos and Burke designing and executing large scale research projects for Fortune 500 organizations. Kevin holds a BS in Experimental Psychology from Mississippi State University and a MBA from the University Of Tennessee.
