Graduates of SIUE do not need to have offical transcripts sent. - Register for the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and download the practice test software (students average 520). The program code to have the scores sent is 3T9-CD-79. Applicants who hold a PhD, MD, or the equivalent in a recognized field from an accredited university need not submit a GMAT score
- Submit a Personal History Form (PHF) to the School of Business Student Services Office (instructions are on the form). At least two years of professional work experience is recommended for students entering the MBA program. Previous work in other graduate programs is also reviewed.
Unclassified Status. An applicant with an undergraduate grade point average of 2.8 or higher may enroll in a maximum of two classes for one term as an unclassified student prior to taking the GMAT. Students must file a separate application for unclassified status in addition to the classified (degree seeking) application. Students who are unclassified are ineligible for financial aid, assistantships, or scholarships.
Students denied admission may appeal by providing the MBA program director supporting reasons why an exception should be granted. The program director’s decision regarding the appeal is final.

2009 Fall: July 24 (Courses begin Aug. 24)
2010 Spring 1: Oct. 2, 2009 (Courses begin Nov. 9, 2009)
2010 Spring 2: Application and official transcripts due Dec. 11, 2009. All other materials due no later than Jan. 15, 2010 (Courses begin Feb. 22, 2010).
2010 Summer: Apr. 23 (Courses begin May 24, 2010)
2010 Fall: July 23 (Courses begin August 23, 2010)
*A completed application file consists of a classified (degree seeking) application (1), official transcripts (2), GMAT scores (3) and the Personal History Form(4).
Incomplete files will not be reviewed.
