In this course, students gain knowledge and understanding of the standard processes of project management, as defined by the Project Management Institute. Students learn the inputs, tools/techniques, and outputs of processes performed by project managers in nine knowledge areas (integration, scope, human resources, communications, time, cost, quality, risk, and procurement). Our goal is to attain the level of mastery associated with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
