EXECUTE:  Commonly Occurring Problems

Problem #10:  In executing your project plan, your team encounters something unexpected -- something major that is beyond what could be handled by an action item.

This is a "triple constraints" problem.  You need to work with your client to arrive at an agreed-upon solution.
