Refund of credit balances will begin the Friday before classes each term. In some cases, class schedule changes and/or changes in financial aid eligibility may result in the student being required to repay a portion or all of the refund.
To ensure the timely receipt of a refund check, students must have correct billing address in CougarNet by the close of business Tuesday for that week’s mailing of refund checks.
