Free online payment with eCheck
Paying your SIUE bill has just gotten easier. eCheck allows you to pay your CougarNet bill online with no added fee. With eCheck your payment comes directly out of your checking account.
Here is how it works:

Paying by credit card or debit card
You can still choose to pay online with a credit card or a debit card. We accept MasterCard, Discover and American Express with a nonrefundable fee of 2.75%. Why? You can pay with a credit card or debit card on any computer. A PC will be available in the Bursar Office lobby. Credit card and debit card payments cannot be made over the counter. Why?
VISA credit and debit cards are no longer accepted for payment on your CougarNet bill. Why? (VISA will continue to be accepted at the MUC Bookstore, Center Court, Starbucks and other retail stores on campus).
Parents and third parties can login to siue.edu/paymybill to pay online and to view their student’s bill. Just like students, parents and third parties can take advantage of the new features like eCheck, the option to store your bank account or credit card information for future payments, and the option to schedule future payments.
Parents and third parties must first be authorized by their student. Students can login to siue.edu/paymybill to authorize parents and third parties.
Parents and third parties will not be able to pay online or view student bills until they are authorized by the student at siue.edu/paymybill. Why?
