  1. I forgot my password or my account is locked.
    Answer: Email oitaccts.Your password will be reset or unlocked and you will be notified by email as soon as possible. Please call the OIT Helpdesk x3739 if you have additional questions.
  2. I have attended training but have not received my logon id and password.
    Answer: Email oitaccts. Please call the OIT Helpdesk x3739 if you have additional questions.
  3. I need additional help navigating the forms I use.
    Answer:
    Call or email Cindy x5473, LaShonda x3748, or Susan x3743. If we cannot help you over the phone we will schedule time with you in the OIT training lab.
  4. I have questions, but don't know who to call.

  5. I do not have access to all the student information (forms) I need in Banner.

  6. I do not have access to all the Human Resources information (forms) I need in Banner.

  7. What is the difference between Banner Student INB and Self Service Banner.
    Answer:
    Banner Student INB allows access to student information using Banner Forms. Attending a Training session is a prerequisite to obtaining User ID and Password. Self Service Banner allows students and faculty access to their information only. You must know your University ID (nine digit number, 8xxxxxxxx) and PIN.
