Dr. Denise DeGarmo of Political Science is interested in finding out how much SIUE students know about other countries and cultures and how the United States fits into the global dynamic. She will be using the framework of a "globally competent student" as outlined by the American Council on Education, and use multiple measures to test a broad range of SIUE students in this area.
