Johanna Beck Theater Instruction
Johanna Beck is a graduate from SIUE with a degree in Theatre Education. Currently, she is subbing in the Fort Zumwalt and Orchard Farm School Districts and stage-managing at Dramatic License Theatre in Chesterfield, MO. She will be directing the CTC's shows Witches, Britches, Rings 'n Things, The Little Mermaid Jr. and the teen summer camp.
Dolly Hsu Music Instruction
Dolly Hsu i s a pianist, accompanist, vocal coach, and music director. Passionate for operatic and musical theatre productions, Dolly is a Doctor of Musical Arts candidate (ABD) in Vocal Coaching and Accompanying, studying with Dr. Julie Gunn at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). She was also a graduate assistant in accompanying for UIUC's opera and vocal studio students.
Dolly earned a Master of Music degree in piano performance with concentration in collaborative piano from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she studied with Dr. Linda Perry. Dolly has been working as an accompanist and music director with various opera and musical theatre productions in the Champaign-Urbana and the Greater St. Louis areas. In Spring 2011, she vocal coached, music directed and conducted the Station Theatre's production of "The Light in the Piazza" musical in Urbana, Illinois.
Emma McCann Dance Instruction
Emma McCann has been a dancer with Gibby's on Broadway for 11 years and has been a part of both cast and crew for the Notre Dame productions these last four years. Emma was a part of the ensemble my freshman year in the musical Meet Me in St. Louis and a featured dancer in Aida my sophomore year. My junior year Emma was a featured dancer in Thoroughly Modern Millie and in April, & played the part of Judy Haynes in White Christmas. Emma is a graduate of Notre Dame High School and will be attending SIUE in the fall.
