Welcome to the Department of Political Science at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Thanks for dropping by! As a student in our department you can obtain a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science in Political Science.
Additionally, you can also select from several minor degree programs including a minor in Political Science, a Peace and International Studies minor, or the Social Science Minor which is part of the Secondary Education Certification program. Students can also pursue experiential learning through directed readings as well as legal or governmental internships.
