Dr. Rochelle Henderson
Dr. Rochelle Henderson is Director of Research for Express Scripts, Inc. in St. Louis. In this capacity she supervises a team of Ph. D. heath policy researchers and works with schools of pharmacy and medical schools in the greater St. Louis area. She serves on a number of health related research teams with institutions across the St. Louis region: Washington University School of Medicine with Barnes Hospital, the Veteran's Administration Regional Hospital, and with the School of Nursing from SIUE. Express Scripts is a pharmacy benefit management company and processes pharmaceutical claims for health care networks serving private companies and public agencies.
Dr. Henderson is an adjunct Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy Analysis at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She has an active research record in the area of health policy. Her teaching responsibilities have included a range of graduate level courses: Epidemiology, Health Care Management, Health Care Policy, and Quantitative Research Methods.
Dr. Henderson received her Ph. D. from the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Dr. Henderson has published numerous health policy papers and made presentations at national and international conferences. She serves with the St. Louis-Samara Sister City Committee. In this capacity she hosted delegations of Russian physicians to the St. Louis area and has visited hospitals and health care facilities in Russia.
