Currently our summer and fall schedules are being updated, therefore, some courses in the schedule are being worked on and will be available as soon as they get done processing the information.
Please first save form to computer, then fill out form, save completed form then e-mail form to yourself to verify form is readable.
E-mail the completed and saved form as an attachment to the firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may take the exam if you have completed or are currently enrolled in 30 of the 39 semester hours and must have a 3.0 GPA in both the MPA core and MPA elective courses to take the exam. Students who are currently not enrolled in classes MUST enroll in University 500 in order to take the exam. Submit your registration form electronically only. If you cancel your registration you must submit a new form electronically. Be prepared when you take the exam.
