We offer private violin, viola and cello lessons. We also offer group lessons in violin, viola, and cello, as well as several intermediate and advanced reading ensembles. Most of these lessons take place on the campus of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Students not enrolled in our program can join our reading ensembles.
Our Violin Tour Group, directed by Allison Woerner, Cello Ensemble, directed by Stephanie Hunt, and Viola Camerata, directed by Vicki Lottes, are available by audition to students in our program who play at an advanced level. Auditions take place in the fall of every year.
SIUE offers a Masters Degree in Music with an emphasis in Suzuki Pedagogy with Suzuki Association certified coursework in Suzuki Pedagogy, taught by our renowned director, Vera McCoy-Sulentic.
Our teachers are professional musicians and are available for your wedding or corporate event. Call our office at 618-650-2839 for information.
Our Advanced Ensembles are available for local Parties, Concerts and Special charity events. Email Our Program Director, Vera McCoy-Sulentic for details.
