CAS Endowment

•  A minimal CAS endowment of $17,700 was created when the College was formed in 1995.
• The endowment serves as a perpetual source of unrestricted income for the CAS development fund through interest distributions on the endowment principle.
• Only the interest generated from the endowment may be used to fund CAS needs.

Growth of the CAS endowment is directly linked to our ability to stay abreast of increasing student, faculty and program needs. Building a “healthier” endowment through new gifts will put CAS in a better position to offset future reductions in state funding and allow us to maintain superior academic programs for students and support for dedicated faculty.

Giving is easy: Contributions to the Endowment Fund may be made by:

• Check made payable to the SIUE Foundation with the CAS printable mail-in form;
• Secure online credit card billing form (Discover, MasterCard, Visa accepted);
• Payroll deduction for SIUE employees.
