On March 27th, Gabrielle Williams, a Spanish Education Major, presented a paper entitled "Freedom in Un lugar en el mundo and Caballos salvajes" in the 29th Annual French and Spanish Symposium at Saint Louis University. Gabrielle's project was part of an Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities fellowship working under the supervision of professor Carolina Rocha. In the Fall 2009, Alexis Torres and Devan Faulkenberg worked under the supervision of Dr. Carolina Rocha as part of the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities (URCA) program. Alexis (Major: Speech Pathology ) and Devan (Major: Spanish Education) helped Professor Rocha in her research about contemporary Latin American cinema.
