The Sculpture on Campus ProgramThe Sculpture on Campus Program allows 12 students per year to design and install outdoor sculpture throughout the campus. Students receive a $500 stipend and the benefit of proposing, designing, and installing major sculptural works that are on view for a full year. Thanks to a generous grant from the Gateway Foundation, S.o.C. has been able to invite guest jurors and award cash prizes. In 2004, Luis Jiminez served as our first guest juror. The guest jurors award student prizes of $1000 for Best Sculpture, $500 for second place, and $250 for third place. Awards are announced at the Sculpture on Campus banquet after the Fall Sculpture Walk.
