2008 SUMMER FIELD SCHOOL:
CAHOKIA MOUNDS STATE HISTORIC SITE
EAST PALISADE PROJECT

The 2008 field school consisted of six weeks in the field (May 19-June 27) and two weeks in the lab (June 30-July 11). Fieldwork focused on the north wall and the northeast corner of the palisade surrounding Monks Mound at Cahokia.
