WoRKS Group Presentation
The WoRKS Group event called “Coast Salish Spirituality and Sustainability” and will be presented by a noted elder of the Lummi Tribe of the Pacific Northwest Coast, Mrs. Pauline Hillaire, whose father and grandfather were recorded in the twentieth century for the Library of Congress and the Smithsonian Institution. PLACE: The Religious Center at SIUE DATES & TIMES: Wed. June 25 3-5 pm and 7-9pm Thurs. June 26 3-5 pm and 7-9pm Fri. June 27 3-5 pm and 7-9pm Sat. June 28 3-5 pm and 7-9pm Please attend any or all sessions. Open to the university community and the general public; teachings, stories and songs for all ages. Admission is free; donations accepted with thanks. Parking in Lot B between the Religious Center dome and Morris University Center; free parking on Saturday.
