From St. Louis and West County – I-64/Highway 40 east across the Poplar Street Bridge. Follow I-55/I-70 to the I-255 junction. Take I-255 north to I-270 junction. Take I-270 east to first exit, Highway 157. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and follow the signs to the SIUE campus. Once on campus, watch for South Circle Drive.
From North County – Take I-270 east across the Mississippi. Continue on to the Highway 157 exit. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and follow the signs to the SIUE campus. Once on campus, watch for South Circle Drive.
From South County – Take I-55 north across the Poplar Street Bridge and travel to the I-55/I-70/I-255 junction. Take I-255 north to I-270 junction. Take I-270 east to first exit, Highway 157. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and follow the signs to the SIUE campus. Once on campus, watch for South Circle Drive.
