• Non-guaranteed students are those enrolled before the fall 2004 semester.
• Continuing students are those originally enrolled in the fall 2004/FY2005 Guaranteed Tuition plan.
• Off-campus students pay no fees except a $50-per credit-hour Course Delivery Fee and a $6.45-per-credit-hour Information Technology Fee. The same costs apply to Web-based courses.
• Tuition for out-of-state undergraduate and graduate students is 2-1/2 times the in-state rate.
