Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 Undergraduate Tuition and Fees

|Notes:||Students taking 16 hours and above, add the hourly tuition rate per semester hour for tuition, and $12.30 per semester for the Textbook Rental Fee, $7.05 per semester hour for the Information Technology Fee, and $19 per semester hour for the Facilities Maintenance Fee.
The out-of-state tuition rate is 2 1/2 times the in-state rate for undergraduate and graduate students, 3 times the in-state rate for School of Dental Medicine students, and 1.4 times the in-state rate for School of Pharmacy students. GEO/Premier Scholars (2 semesters) and selected International GEO Scholars (up to 8 undergraduate semesters) are assessed at 1.2 times the in-state rate.
After the initial 4-year/48 month tuition guarantee expires, the tuition rate for those students is increased to the next Guaranteed Tuition Rate, at which it remains for two additional years. Additionally, students who entered in the spring semester begin paying the next tuition rate in the spring semester (4 years later); likewise for students who entered in the summer term.
The Doctorate of Nursing Practice program is charged at $650 per credit hour, which applies both to in-state and out-of-state students.
Students enrolled in the Instanbul Technical University program entering in fall 2011 (FY12) will be charged $7,050 per semester. Students enrolled in fall 2009 (FY10) will be charged $6,150 per semester for FY12.
Direct Exchange - Students from abroad do not pay SIUE tuition, but pay all SIUE mandatory fees.
Study Abroad - SIUE students pay only the Study Abroad program fee, currently $75 (all tuition & fees are paid to host institutions).
