| Note: | ABSN students are charged the Graduate rate for 15 months/67 credit hours and are not assessed the textbook Rental fee or the student-to-student Grant Program Fee. The Out-of-state ABSN tuition rate is 2.5 times the Illinois Resident rate. The Accelerated Bachelor Studies in Nursing (ABSN) option is post-baccalaureate sequence of study leading to a baccalaureate in nursing degree. Applicants who have already earned a baccalaureate degree from an accredited university and have completed all pre-nursing requirements will be eligible to enter this option. The first ABSN cohort began in January 2006. Illinois Residency Requirements | |||||||||||
