The Office of Academic Advising is an academic support service that focuses on the development of students. Its purpose is to assist students in achieving their academic, career, and personal goals at the University.
It is the intent of Academic Advising at SIUE to help students understand the character of a university education, specifically regarding broad learning, self-understanding and self-determination.
