Evan joined SIUE Admissions staff in April 2011 as Associate Director of Admissions. He leads the Admissions Counseling team and coordinates the recruitment of new transfer students to the university. Evan has 10 years of higher education admissions experience, beginning with five years as an Admission Counselor at Illinois College (Jacksonville) and five years as Director of Admissions at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine (Springfield).

Originally from Alton, Ill., Evan earned a bachelor of arts degree in Communications/Theater from Illinois College, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Benedictine University – Springfield.

Evan holds memberships in NACAC, IACAC, MOACAC, and AACRAO.

Hobbies
In his free time, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife and children and participating and observing all types of sports, music and theater.
