Our first meetiing is on the 24<sup>th</sup> of January and will be held in Alumni Hall 2401 at 11:00am. I hope to see all current members there and those that are either thinking of joining or are in the process of joining.</description>

	<title>New Year Web Site Tweaks</title>

	<description>In order to make this site easier to use and more useful to the members, I've removed some items and added others. The first item to be added is a new RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed that can be subscribed to. This feed will give you automatic updates from the site with news and meeting announcements. This feed can be subscribed to by using a stand alone RSS aggregator, &lt;a href="http://www.mozilla.com" target="_blank"&gt;Mozilla Firefox's&lt;/a&gt; live bookmark feature, or use the &lt;a href="http://www.epigoon.com/mozilla/feedview/feedview.xpi" target="_blank"&gt;Feedview&lt;/a&gt; extension to make the xml file look pretty. The next new item is the calendar. This is a roadmap of the events for the next semester. It will be continually updated with meeting dates and speaker information. As a new item is added it will be also added to the RSS feed. There is now a links section to some useful files. If you'd like to add a link just email it to us using the new contact form and we'll review it. The third item as previously mentioned is the contact form. Instead of using a mailto link, you can get in touch with us by filling out the form on the contact page. If you have any ideas for the site please let me know and I'll do my best to integrate them.
