American Politics Resources     This site provides a variety of online resources, including: elections and political participation, congress, state and local, national and federal resources.  This site is hosted by the Department of Political Science, University of Colorado at Boulder.

CFI    This is the link to the official Campaign Finance Institute's homepage.  The Institute conducts objective research and education, impanels task forces and makes  recommendations for policy change in the field of campaign finance.  If you are interested in finding out how much it costs to get elected to Congress or campaign financial trends, this is the place to visit.  CFI is also home to an extensive data base on money and politics.


CongressLink    This site provides information about how the US Congress works, its members and leaders, as well as the public policies it produces.

Congress On-Line Project     This site allows you to access information about the US Congress.  Resources include: reports, data and trends, press releases, and links to Congress.      

CQ     The Congressional Quarterly has long been a leader in political journalism.  This site provides you with access to up-to-the-date news on the happenings in the United States Congress.

FEC     The US Federal Election Commission site provides access to citizens guides, media guides and candidate guides to US elections.

NARA     The US National Archives and Records Administration site allows visitors to conduct research in many areas involving the workings of the US government.  Included at this site are links to Records of Congress and the Presidential Libraries .

NES     The National Election Studies provides high quality data on voting, public opinion, and political participation.  
 
NORC    NORC is a national organization for research located at the University of Chicago.  This site allows access to a variety of public opinion polls and related research.

OpenSecrets    Open Secrets is hosted by the Center for Responsive Politics, a non-partisan, non-profit research group.   The aim of the organization is to create a more knowledgeable voter by conducting research on campaign finance and related issues.

US House     This link will take you to the US House of Representatives web site.  This site provides access to House operations, member offices, committee offices, roll call votes and much more.
         
US Senate    This link directs you to the United States Senate web site.  You can access senators, committees, legislation and records.

Voter Information Services     Voter Information Services provides useful reports about votes in the US Congress, as well as Congressional Report Cards.
