All in-country accommodations, transportation activities,
and meals as stated above. Beverages with meals consist of teas,
juices, and/or processed water (all bottle water is
extra). Changes made within 60 days prior to departure may also be subject to hotel cancellation fees. Land Cost does not include: Items not specifically mentioned in the itinerary, additional optional activities, domestic and international airfares, airport departure taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance, guide support and bus service as stated above, gratuities to guides, drivers, or transfer personnel, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, bottled water, laundry, telephone calls, or any other expense of a persona nature. Air Reservations: Holbrook offers discounted airfares on American, Continental and Delta Airlines, in conjunction with your land program. Please let me know if you wish to make air arrangements with Holbrook Travel. Airline charges are in addition to the land costs outlined above.
Please note that this itinerary and pricing is subject to change until confirmed. Reservations and Final Payments For group departures, a deposit of $200.00 per person is necessary to confirm booking. Please your reservations promptly by contacting Holbrook Travel or your organization This deposit is refundable until 60 days prior to departure with exclusion of a $75 cancellation fee. All final payments are due no later than 60 days prior to departure, and within 60 days prior to departure, the moneys are non-refundable.
