Rubric

Procedures:

The teacher will begin by reviewing the idea of different learning styles and preferences.

The teacher will inform the students that they are to present an activity on the current lesson or chapter in social studies.

bullet

He or she will announce that a variety of activities have been designed for the students to choose from.

bullet

They should choose an activity which they believe will benefit their own learning style. The activities will range from writing a short summary to developing a song.

bullet

The teacher will discuss and give examples of the activities that the students may choose from.

bullet

He or she will end the opening by handing out and explaining the rubric.
