Statistics at SIUE

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics offers programs leading to the bachelor and master degrees in mathematics.

The strong mathematics background and accompanying communication and teaching skills prepare students for jobs in government, business and industry. Students are also qualified to pursue a higher degree in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, mathematical education, actuary, and other areas.
