Accommodations

The participants of the Fifth Conference on Function Spaces at SIUE may stay in the newest student Residence Halls: Bluff Hall. It is located near the center of the SIUE campus, West of the Circle Drive in an easy walking distance from the lecture hall.

The Residence Hall consists of 125 units. Each unit is set up in a suite-style formation with two bedrooms and a common bath; each bedroom has two twin beds. The cost is $25/person/night if two people share a bedroom (4 occupants per unit) and approximately $35/person/night with one person per bedroom (2 occupants per unit).

The closest hotel is Comfort Inn (3080 S. SR 157 Edwardsville, IL 62025; tel.: (618) 656-4900) located at the intersection of HWY 157 and Interstate 270, approximately 2.5 miles from the center of the campus. Since the SIUE campus is located at the center of a 2660 acre wooded area, no other hotel is within walking distance; there are several hotels in Collinsville on HWY 157 approximately 12 miles from the campus. Participants who do not intend to stay in the Residence Hall should make their own hotel reservations.
