Faculty
and Staff (ONLY) who would like a copy of the Microsoft
software for use on personal computers AND ONLY FOR SCHOOL RELATED
ACTIVITIES should follow the steps outlined below. Note that use
of the products under the Microsoft Campus Agreement must be in accordance
with
the following license
rules:
- Make certain that their home PC meets the minimum hardware requirements
outlined on the SIUE-Microsoft Campus Software Agreement
page.
- During regular business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30
p.m., bring a service requisition signed by the fiscal officer to OIT
Customer Support Center in Dunham Hall, Room 0210. The requested
software will be checked out to you for 2 business days. You may want
to call OIT CSC at 3739 to ensure availability of the desired software.
- The statement below is to be in the body of the service
requisition before the list of employees and desired software.
As
part of the Microsoft Campus Agreement, I understand that faculty and
staff
have
the right to run one copy of the Software, for school related
activities, on either a laptop or desktop that they own or lease. I am
requesting this option for the employee(s) and software listed below.
