This is a site that has a comprehensive list of organizations throughout Spain. Organizations and information include: go-vernment, academic, international, non-profit, scientific, etc... Also connections to other networks.

A comprehensive site introducing new Spanish-related sites to the Web. Updated daily, information includes links to university sites: Navarra, Madrid, Cataluña, etc. and much more. Good site for library research!

Si, Spain
Site presented by the Spanish Embassy in Ottawa, available in Spanish and English. Contains basic information on the country: geography, history, language, culture, education, and Spanish courses. Good site for students of Spanish and Spain.

Virtual tour organized by cities, islands, and regions of Spain. There is also information on culture, language, education, government, maps, travel and tourism.

Excellent pictures of Santiago de Compostela, as well as a description of the Camino de Santiago

A page from the University of Texas in Austin, it contains information on business, tourism, literature, art, geography, history, and other topics for all Latin American countries. Good reference page for other sources.

Latin America on the Net
This site has access in both Spanish and English. There is information on: art, literature, music, sports, food, society, culture and "home pages" on most Latin American Countries listed in alphabetical order. This is a good page for general information on culture. The lists and connections to other "home pages" and areas have further information on tourism, constitutions, maps, history, and the economy of individual countries.

WWW Virtual Library:Latin American Studies
This site is managed by the LANIC University of Texas Latin American Studies in Austin and provides wide information on all 26 countries in Latin America. Information on: art, anthropology, economy, government, health, languages, libraries, literature, maps, music, networking news, publications, reference and travel. This web site also includes general Latin American information, interdisicplinary information, Latin American related International Information, Services institutos, joint projects and data bases hosted, on VT-LANICe-mail interface, and gopher services.

This site is presented by Standford University and has excellent information on culture, history, contributions, the empowerment of Chicanos and Latinos in the United States.
