Dr. Rick Morrison

Dear Colleagues and Friends, I have contacted Rick's family. They are very enthusiastic about placing a granite bench in his memory in the SIUE arboretum. I also think it would be wonderful to be able to go for a walk on the campus and be able to remember Rick as we sit on the bench. I think Rick would love it too. Marilyn Marsho has been very helpful in obtaining information and guiding me in the process of collecting money for this memorial. Please see her instructions below. As I'm sure you know, due to his very social personality, Rick knew many people outside of the university who might like to participate in this memorial. Could you please forward this message to them? Also, if you know of students who might want to be involved, please pass this information to them. Here is the information about making a memorial tribute gift for Rick Morrison. Donors can send checks made payable to the SIUE Foundation to Marilyn Marsho, College of Arts and Sciences, Campus Box 1608, SIUE, Edwardsville, IL 62026-1608. They should include "Rick Morrison Tribute" in the memo line of their checks. All donors will receive a gift receipt from the SIUE Foundation.
