There was a bit of a disaster with the AccuTrack system. On May 5th it decided to stop the Spring semester and start a new one. This means that I had to pull off two reports and attempt to merge them, which failed.
The Final Minute Report for the semester is in two parts. Upon opening the report, you will see the normal Minute Report you are used to. You MUST click on the "Sheet 2" button at the bottom to view the minutes that your student may have accumulated during May 5th, 6th and 7th.
Add the "Grand Total" minutes from "Sheet 2" to the "Grand Total" minutes on sheet 1 and that is the total for the semester. Sorry, but I could find no way to physically add the column of minutes for the last week into the Pivot Table that AccuTrack created.
