Trying to enter a work order for Facilities Management?

Welcome to Facilities Management eService Desk, the on-line system that allows the SIUE community to request and track service on-line or by email updates.

eService Desk allows the SIUE community to identify or request maintenance service at any SIUE campus and building through simple drop-down menus. What is maintenance service? Click on "Who Pays for What?" for more information.

SIUE departmental customers may request chargeable services by identifying their service “Task Code”. For SIUE departmental customers that do NOT have an assigned service “Task Code”, click here to complete a service requisition.

A Maintenance Work Request (overflowing toilets, spent lamps, grafitti, etc.) does NOT require a "Task Code". Click here to enter a work order.
