Maintenance Work Order Request
This on-line service allows SIUE customers to submit maintenance work requests anytime. Call the Work Order Desk at (618) 650-3711 to phone in a request. Work Order Desk has voice mail service after 4:30 p.m. weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Click with mouse or use TAB key to advance
fields.
If information is incorrect, click on the "Reset" box and enter again.
When the information is complete, click with mouse on "Submit" to send
work order request. A screen will appear to verify that the request
was sent.
