Outstanding Work Order Report

This report enables departments and individuals to inquire about the status of service requisitions or work orders reported to Work Order Control.

Two different kinds of reports can be viewed or printed:

1. Account Number - entire report sorted by building, account number

To locate by building:

If no work orders are found for a specific building / locale, contact FM Customer Service at (618)650-3711.

2. Work Order - entire report sorted by building, work order number

To locate by building:

To search the report itself, hit Ctrl F on the keyboard. Enter the word or name being searched for, and click on "Find Next". The word or name will be highlighted within the report the next place it appears.

Report format:
Building Number and Name ( 7001 / Lovejoy Library )
Work Order Number and Account Number
Date Work Order Entered
Description of Work Order
Status of job (Example of status would be Active or Approved - Not Scheduled)
