Listserv Information and Directions
Listservs are essentially mailing lists. Faculty and staff need not subscribe; the Facilities Management "Clipboard" is routinely mailed to faculty and staff listserves @ SIUE. Students and other interested people may wish to follow the steps below to subscribe. Facilities Management listserv also mails the weekly "clipboard" to subscribers and allows subscribers to communicate with Facilities Management. Any posting mails to all subscribers. The name of the Facilities Management listserv is: clipboard. Facilities Management uses this listserv to notify the University community and others of maintenance issues and projects.
Subscribe to Listserv Clipboard
To join the listserv, you must "subscribe" to the listserv by sending a "subscribe" message to majordomo@siue.edu as the example shown below. Replace the email address for "your_username" with your email address. Eventually you will receive a response to your email from majordomo informing you that you have been added / deleted to the listserv membership.
Viewing Clipboard Messages
You will receive clipboard listserv updates via the e-mail specified within the subscription form. If for some reason you did not receive this update you can view current postings below. Archives of clipboard messages are also available for reference.
