Building Care Team Report
In a new initiative utilizing
an interactive approach to problem solving,
Facilities Management Building Care Teams were formed in June 2001.
Teams
are comprised of Building Coordinators and other concerned building
occupants and focus on various areas of Facilities Management.
Input from Building Care Team members is discussed with representatives
of the area under focus, who, in turn, share their observations and
questions. Proposed and implemented operational changes are detailed
in the Building Care Team Report.
Facilities Management is most grateful for the service of Building Care
Team and Building Service Worker members. The changes and proposals
resulting from their service will prove invaluable in determining a
new direction for various areas of Facilities Management.
