Since the inception of the Customer Service Department in July 1995, Facilities Management's goal has been to increase communication with customers for added value and better service. To that end, this electronic version of the "Suggestion Box" has been created. Questions and/or comments about Facilities Management's services, as well as suggestions for improvement, can be entered and sent directly to FM's Customer Service.
Though FM would like to be able to respond to the author personally, the choice of anonymity is available. Simply fill out the form and submit. The response will be found in the Facilities Newsletter, The Clipboard. Those who submit with their name and e-mail address will receive a personal response as well.
