During the day, building service workers are assigned to individual buildings.
They empty hallway trash cans and recycling containers, check restrooms for 
supplies, empty the trash, and spot clean where necessary. 

At night, restrooms are cleaned thoroughly and restocked.  Trash cans and recycling 
containers are emptied.  Hallways, classrooms, and offices are cleaned.
