Service Mission is to provide services in an efficient
and responsible manner to University facilities to achieve a safe, secure,
healthful,
and enriching environment.
COMMITMENT TO FM CUSTOMERS
FM is committed to supporting and providing a safe, clean, comfortable
learning
and work environment to the SIUE community. If any facility-related
problem
interferes with that commitment or in any way hinders the teaching
of a class or the conducting of research, immediately contact FM at
650-3711. An FM troubleshooter
will be dispatched without delay.
FM SERVICE STANDARDS
Immediate response to life safety issues and emergencies.
Response to routine work requests within 10 working days.
Completion of most routine work requests within 30 days.
Customer satisfaction through delivery of excellent services and excellent
communication.
