FORMS INFORMATION

All forms are provided in several formats. Versions for Mac and PC are available.

To install the latest Acrobat Reader, follow the instructions below.

1. Download the Acrobat Reader 8 software from the Adobe Website by clicking here.

2. Choose your operating system for your computer and download the file

3. When completed, go to the downloaded file and double-click on it to install Acrobat Reader 8 on your computer.

PC USERS:
If you do not have MS Word or MS Excel installed, you can download OpenOffice for free, or the latest Microsoft Word Viewer or Microsoft Excel Viewer. With the MS Viewers, some form editing may not be possible.

MAC USERS:
If you do not have MS Word or MS Excel installed, you can download OpenOffice for free, or the Word and Excel Viewer widget. With the MS Viewers, some form editing may not be possible.

Budget Reallocation

Project Directors may reallocate EUE funds among the various budget lines as need arises. Reallocation requests must be approved by the Dean of the Project Director's School or College and the EUE Coordinator. Budget reallocations must be completed prior to the deadline set by the end of the fiscal year. Project Directors will be informed of the cut- off date during the Spring semester.

To submit a reallocation request, download the form from the table below. On the form, please type in the amount that you wish to add to each line item in the Increase column and the amount that you wish to subtract from each line item in the Decrease column. Type in the new requested budget in the column labeled Adjusted Allocation. On a separate page, please attach a brief justification for the request. Please forward the request to Geert Pallemans.

Final Reports for Projects must be submitted to the EUE Coordinator by no later than first week of December in order to be eligible for future EUE funding. A progress report explaining the present status of the project as well as a justification why it is not completed must be sent to the Coordinator if the project funds are carried over and/or the project is not completed on time.
