First published in 1992, River Bluff Review is the only publication devoted to the fiction and poetry of SIUE students, providing both graduate and undergraduates with exposure to a large audience of their peers, SIUE faculty and alumni, and others with an interest in literature. RBR is produced by the students of Literary Editing (English 494), a course that provides them with a valuable opportunity to gain first-hand experience with journal production.

River Bluff Review is published every spring semester.

Editors are now reading for the Spring 2014 issue.
