Near the end of each semester, faculty are sent grade rosters from the registrar’s office. The names of all of the students in your classes should be listed. If they are not, notify the registrar’s office. At semester’s end, you will fill out the grade roster, assigning any one of the appropriate grades listed above to individual students. When you are finished, take the completed rosters to the Registrar’s Office in Rendleman Hall, Room 1207 by the deadline date listed on the roster, (usually the Monday following finals week), no later than noon. You must personally hand in the grade rosters. You cannot mail completed rosters, have someone else hand carry them, or e-mail them to the registrar.
