Experience
and Background:
Dr. Morgan has worked
at Clemson University, University of South Australia, SIUC, Bhate Environmental
Associates, and Westinghouse Savannah River Company. She has extensive
experience researching, evaluating and managing various waste materials,
environmental situations, and systems. These include developing site remediation
recommendations; groundwater monitoring and sampling; and assessment of
lead-based paints, hazardous waste, battery recycling, silver photographic
waste and RCRA/CERCLA mixed waste sites. In 2001, she was designated
the National Society of Professional Engineers' Young Engineer of the Year
and the Society of Women Engineers St. Louis Section's Distinguished New
Engineer.
