Experience
and Background:
Before joining SIUE
in 1998, Dr. Luo had a NSEC postdoctoral fellowship at the University of
California in Berkeley. He worked as a Vibration Analyst for New Holland
Canada Ltd. In China, he was an instructor at the Sichuan Institute of
Chemical Technology. At Sichuan Factory of Pressure Vessel and Equipment
in Chemical Engineering, Dr. Luo was a junior Design and Manufacturing
Engineer.
