Mission Statements

  • The mission of IME IPAC is to enable current and future students an opportunity to acquire the education and skills necessary to fit into the fabric of the existing and near future job market.
  • The mission will be supported with IPAC to faculty exchange in areas of community and industry trends and needs. Areas addressed will shape curriculum, research, outside program offerings, and establish the objectives of the program currently and in the future.
  • The committee will meet two times a year to review progress toward the program objectives. Industry committee members will open their talents and resources in a meaningful way to bridge the gaps between the classroom and the job community. Typical methods will be internships, job postings, and networking.
  • IPAC members would be community advocates to support growth initiatives for SIUE IME.
